Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon oil or ghee
Instructions:
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until frothy.
Mix in chopped onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
Heat oil or ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another minute.
Serve hot with whole-grain bread or a side salad.
